Carol
Keyser, President and Designated Broker
A Louisville, KY native and former Marine, Carol is the
driving force behind the success of Pinehurst Properties with
over 30 years of experience in real estate sales and management.
In 1990 Carol was encouraged by Bruce & Edythe Gissing, owners of a Herder
Home named “the Pinehurst Model” in Ventana Canyon’s Golf Villas, to develop
her own company, which she aptly named
Pinehurst Properties.
Under Carol's leadership, Pinehurst Properties is one of the
most sought after property management firms in Tucson.
Today
Carol works with some of the best Realtors, builders, developers, service
providers and property owners in Tucson to meet and exceed the
needs of her clients.

Mike
Keyser, Vice President of Operations
Mike is a former Marine with over 15 years experience in
banking and technology. Mike's technical training and experience
helps Pinehurst Properties to stay up-to-date with the latest
property management and real estate sales tools to stay
competitive. |

Donna Wood
Although new to the property management arena, Donna has garnered years of experience in customer service, management and organizational skills working for senior executives of Fortune 1000 companies, running a small business focused on private contracting for the Air Mobility Command (USAF), as well as teaching middle and senior high school students. Donna’s varied and diverse skills allow her to flow with the day to day demands of the needs of the various Homeowner’s Associations managed by Pinehurst Properties. “I am excited to work with the various board members and their associations. By being a board member they have made a commitment to work with their neighbors to make their community a great place to live. I am here to support that commitment.”
Donna’s passionate interests revolve around her spiritual practice, a cooperative organic gardening group, affectionately known as PHIreHeart, and meeting interesting people!

Susan Bacis
Susan comes from Northern California and has been in Arizona for 21 years and Tucson for years. Susan enjoys working with a variety of people and assisting them to ensure their stay in Tucson i a memorable and wonderful experience.

Donna Rainville
Donna is the official minutes taker for all Pinehurst Homeowner Association Board meetings, serves as webmaster for some associations and assists at the office as needed. Donna is a transplant from Vermont (read “Yankee”) and has enjoyed the desert sun for 29 years. Donna brings non-profit and association management experience with both an administrative and public relations perspective. Donna has served as PR representative for a 5,000 member national group as well as the University Medical Center and Donor Network of Arizona. When not working, Donna enjoys spending time with her six grandsons, cooking, gardening, reading and beading.

Opal
Weaver
Opal is a retired geriatric social worker
who can always be counted on for a warm welcome and a great
smile. As the friendly receptionist at Pinehurst Properties for
over 11 years, Opal finds her position very interesting and
enjoys meeting new people each day.
Opal's hobbies are making
jewelry, baking, reading, and helping others. Opal volunteers
with the Community Food Bank and with various missions with her
church. Opal is a recipient of the Community Service Award from
the National Association of Social Workers Arizona chapter.

Darrell Sickler
Darryl is a Tucson native who handles all accounting and financial information at Pinehurst. Darryl received his accounting degree from the University of Alaska and brings property management accounting experience to Pinehurst. Darryl handles all accounts receivable and payable for more than 1,600 properties. When not working, Darryl is an avid reader that can be found cruising the seas, spending time with his grandchildren, or counting days until the next cruise. |
